We worked closely with Musselburgh Racecourse to improve their digital systems. We focused on enhancing the online ticket and membership purchase process to increase conversions.

Our design highlighted the venue's 5-star experience and heritage, aligning with brand guidelines. We also optimized the ticketing and entry system for efficiency, creating a multi-entrance system to speed up customer entry. We developed a back-end system for administrators to manage ticket types, packages, and membership renewals.

Real-time monitoring of race day activities was implemented for security and safety. To handle large crowds, we implemented a load-balanced hosting infrastructure for system resilience. The result was a significant reduction in customer entrance times, enhancing both the customer experience and overall safety.

The mobile-responsive website and improved digital communication capabilities led to increased ticket sales and repeat customers. Notably, busy race days saw a positive impact on customer satisfaction and safety due to the streamlined entry process.
